Chocolate Fondant in a Jar

Otherwise known as a chocolate lava cake, this cake is warm and gooey on the inside and cakey on the outside. Best eaten when warmed slightly and even yummier when a scoop of ice cream is added on top. Best served warm with a scoop of your favourite ice cream.
